The giant onion I scored at the Amish farm stand made for a nice side dish last night. Using this recipe as my base I attempted to expand my challenge to a more homemade menu. It was very time consuming/messy allowing the rings to drip dry before coating them in breadcrumbs but they were so good. We choose to bake them instead of fry.
In an effort to further our health and wealth I will begin menu planning every Monday. I have been told this is one of the greatest grocery budgeting steps you can take. So here is this coming weeks(a little late I know) menu with new homemade perseverance!
