I’m not a health professional and I don’t intend to give health advice but I do enjoy learning about nutrition. Something new I have taken to liking is making my own electrolyte drinks with things found in any kitchen. This electrolyte drink won’t replicate those you find in a store but if you are looking for a healthy option for yourself during the day a glass of this is sure to put a kick in your step.
I uasually take a pinch of salt, a small spoon of honey, and a lime or lemon or a combo of the two in a pitcher of filtered water. It’s delicious and helps me to meet some of my daily nutrition goals!
